We're buying a new house aka/money pit which needs a new roof (most likely including beams as well as tiles).
Have done my research and inroof solar seems to be the best best (solar panels that lie flush with new tiles on the roof).
Have contacted a recommended roofer and also asking on here as it's a bit of a headscratcher figuring out how this would be done. A good recommended roofer most likely won't be able to do the solar panel installation so does that mean I need to get 2 different contractors which seems a bit crazy.
Does anyone have any experience doing this?
