Rightmove - what's attached to the back of this front door?

Browsing rightmove I saw this house with a front door I couldn't fathom. It looked normal from the outside, but it's as if something's tied to it? Do you think it's something to seal the door from flooding?

Is it a patterned curtain over the door? Wavy fabric line at the bottom?

I think there’s some form of door decoration on the other side, like a fabric sheet? Maybe for halloween? You can see the black top and front on this side?

The cables/poles on this side are to keep it taut?

It looks like there is a heavy draught excluder at the bottom of the door, or could be something to stop flooding as you mentioned. It looks heavy by the way it is attached.

I found the answer in a different set of pictures for the estate. It's a temporary advertising 'sheet' stretched over the front door.
