Buying a new build, most stressful thing we’ve done.
The phase before us was supposed to have practical completion last week, which was changed to today as they were waiting on certification.
Apparently it’s still not gone through as they have the PC certificates, but not the BLP one? (Not sure if the differences between them)
Our phase is two weeks behind them, so just wondered how long do these warranties usually take to issue?
