Seasonal Maintenance Jobs

We are buying our first home in the next few months, and as we have been renting don't really have visibility to what types of maintenance jobs we should be doing each month/quarter. I am thinking about gutter clearing, moss removal, pruning, grass fertilising etc etc
Am looking for your guidance based on what you've been doing around your own homes and gardens
Thank you

For the first couple of years I would just get a feel for the general state of the house and make a list of things which might need doing over the next 5-10 years. The gutters need cleaning if they get blocked. You can check this by having a good look at them when there is heavy rain. Grass, ask on the gardening section but I would leave it for now and feed and weed it in the spring. Now is a good time to trim back shrubs/ hedges / trees as they are dormant for winter and there won't be any birds nesting. Wait till it warms up to do work on the outside of the house, like painting woodwork or repairing exterior walls.
