I bought some tiles from Porcelanosa for my kitchen. They had a three /four week wait on delivery which was fine. They have just emailed to say that they are finally in stock but each box has one less tile in than when I ordered (and paid!). They have asked me to resend my measurements and they will work out how many extra boxes I need to buy.
To be honest I am fed up of my kitchen refurb- it’s been going on since my neighbour had a leak in August and I just want it over with! It feels like every single trades person or shop has tried to charge me extra or had difficulties providing the item or service that I have paid for. I am thoroughly fed up now and do t know if I am being reasonable or not.
Part of me thinks just pay Porcelanosa the extra for additional boxes , another part of me thinks I paid for the goods a long time ago - that they have now changed how many tiles they put in a box is not really my problem- they should provide what I have paid for ? Am I being unreasonable?
