House buying "agents"

I don't know what they call themselves, but I know there are people (like Phil & Kirsty) who claim yo be able to help find you a house to buy and that they're better than just registering with estate agents.

Has anyone used them, where they any good amd what did they cost?

We used one, thinkt they charged about 1%. In a competitive market when houses rarely come up they are invaluable. If you are buying a bog standard 3 bed semi I doubt you need one tbh
