How are people finding the heating situation for open plans especially those with lots of glass and bifolding doors?

Is it difficult to keep the large space warm?

Can I ask an additional related question? How is condensation and how does it feel when it's dark outside?

Not a fully glass, but we have 5m glass sliding doors in one room. It’s the warmest room in the house now. They are all triple glazed and thick insulation in frames

We don't really use the space in winter, except it's a good place to hang washing to try slowly, and to have a heated airier.

Ours is very warm as have underfloor heating. We put some lighting outside in garden so you don’t feel like you are looking into the void. It’s discrete lighting.
