Hi everyone
I was hoping for some advice. I have seen some threads on this but they don't get too detailed.
We were looking to move to Woodford. I have heard north of the rails is the better part, and to avoid south of the rails. I wanted to find out exactly how far south of the rails we should avoid. I know of Orchard estate and to ideally avoid this area, but what about something in between Orchard estate and Woodford station? Areas such as Rayleigh Rd, Danbury Way, Greenstead Ave etc. The reason I ask is because of our budget, and this region seems to fit quite well within our budget. Location wise i would prefer to stay in Woodford or South Woodford (maybe Snaresbrook) so I can stay close to family.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
