I live in a four in a block. Can anyone tell me if my title deeds say that a flat's overflow fall under common repairs please? Overflow is, well, overflowing and causing damage. Wording is:
any necessary servitudes of wayleave for any existing sewers, drains, water supply
pipes and other pipes or transmitters passing through the subjects hereby disponed and
serving the remainder of any part of the remainder of the said tenement.
Thanks.

That wording is about other flats' rights to use the pipes etc which pass through up or flat. You'll need to read the repair and service charge wording. Huge caveat though: wording is slightly unusual so is it a flat in Scotland which case ignore all of this as the law is different.
