Part exchange with Persimmon

Hello,

we are hoping to part exchange with persimmon and wondered if anyone has any recent experience?

Was the offer around what you hoped or a lot less?

Have you read all the complaints and issues people have had with Persimmons homes?
They’ve featured on watchdog, rip off Britain, there are recent TikTok videos from surveyors and buyers, even a Do not buy a persimmons home Facebook page dedicated to them.
Hopefully the ones in your area are good but I’d do lots of checking before signing anything.
