Come and review my bathroom reno plans and help me find a vanity with sink and splashback/lip

I've spent a few months trying to find a nice vanity. I don't want wall hung, I don't want fancy sinks sat on top of drawers. It feels like finding a nice vanity is like looking for a needle in a haystack. What I want is the basin to cover the full top of the vanity as one piece so no need for sealant.

I also want the sink to have a decent depth and lip at the back like a small splashback so we don't need to deal it against the wall. Nothing wall hung, free standing to the floor. I like the hemnes ikea cabinet a lot but don't want a gap at the bottom as it will just collect dust and hair.

I just want to put a big simple mirror over the sink. The showrooms I go to seem baffled by this choice, they don't understand why I don't want a digital, sensored, heat up mirror with Bluetooth and phone charging point! I want easy maintenance and easy clean and my kids destroy everything nice.

We have opted for a vado shower with horizontal bar (there doesn't seem to be any other option except the horizontal) that comes with a 15yr guarantee, and a merlyn sliding shower door, with round rak rimless toilet. Anyone had these items? Desperately did not want a sliding shower door but have no choice due to space.

Would you consider having something made? We wanted an undermount sink and had it made in Tristone (but I imagine the same would work in Corian etc but probably more expensive). I provided the design and the company made it. If I had wanted it floor standing, with shelves etc, I’m sure they would have been able to make that too.

I don’t know what your budget is, or what current costs are, but the purple bits in this drawing cost £550 in early 2019. We provided the sink and legs and made the frame that supported the bit over the toilet.

Have a look at Eastbrook - fliphtml5.com/bookcase/oyfgu
And why not just get a normal mirror from a glass shop or mirror shop?

Thank you. From my original list I've scrapped the rak rimless toilet as mumsnet seems to hate them. I've also changed my mind about tiles and will go with shower panels.

I think we're going to end up getting things from different places even though we wanted to make it easier by getting everything from one supplier. Have had quotes for the work ranging from 9k-19k!

how about this? We have an IKEA vanity with lip in our downstairs loo-already here when we bought it so don’t know the model but it’s lovely.
Whats the problem with rimless loos? We have a wall hung one and it’s great-same in our old house too.
