We've had two extensions in the past and even though we were really pleased with them, it was very stressful as it dragged on for 2 years. We said never again.
We are currently looking to move and have seen a property we like but it doesn't have the kitchen diner/open plan space that we are now used to. It does have scope for a lovely extension. Would we be mad to go through all that again? Has anyone else done a big building project for a second time and not regretted it?
