Not a huge surprise since they stopped taking orders but a shame nevertheless. There’s a section in the FAQs for customers awaiting orders.

They radically changed their business model during lockdown then have been bitten hard. Sadly, if they'd kept their model during covid times, they'd have struggled, but there's a chance they'd still be going now - albeit with some redundancies.

It's very sad.

I think their delivery timescales lost them quite a bit of business.
I know a few friends who didn't want to wait 14 weeks plus for items so bought elsewhere.
I have a good few items (lighting mostly) from Made. It's a shame particularly the job losses.

Oh that’s a shame! I have some nice items from Made.com. 🙁

I have a lovely sideboard from them. It was my first piece of 'grownup' furniture, and not from IKEA! I liked their stuff. But delivery was quite slow.

I think I saw next bought them out??

I really liked their stuff but had to wait for 6 months for an ottoman with no updates and very poor customer service. Even if they had stayed afloat I wouldn't have used them again just because of the terrible customer service.
