Range cooker built into island?

Have any of you gone for a range cooker built into your island? I feel like it would be a nice neat solution and allow me to have a double oven without taking up space on my (not very long) back wall. But I’m a bit concerned it might look clunky?
if you have….do you like it? Did you go with electric or gas hob? Is it full sealed in so you don’t have crumbs falling down the sides?
Any inspirational photos appreciated!

And also…is it unbearably hot standing there cooking at the hub when you have something baking in the oven?!

OP from what I have read and been told I would advise against it; as it is a complete pain to fix if anything goes wrong with the cooker.

I’ve not really found too many examples of it and that might explain why!

I love the idea of a range cooker. I dont want to take up a tower along my back wall with double oven and possibly a microwave too…the only place it could go would be next to fridge/freezer and I’d like to avoid that. Back to the drawing board!
