Herringbone tiles

I like this way of doing tiles.

We were thinking of having our bathroom half-tiled up to 120cm, except in the shower which will be fully tiled. But I don't understand how you deal with the straight line/meeting the ceiling if you are having them in a herringbone design. Is this something a professional tiler should be able to do?

I've been on Pinterest but am struggling to find pictures where the tiles meet the ceiling- most are more cropped than that.

They just continue the pattern up to the ceiling but cut the tiles to fill the pattern so you will end up with a triangle between the V shape.

They just cut the tiles to fit. It’s an arse though, and takes far longer (and it therefore much pricier) than usual.
