We’ve just applied for a buy to let mortgage with harpenden. This is to avoid losing out on our onward purchase after our buyers pulled out (again 🙃).
We desperately need things to progress quickly now, as our vendors are growing very tired of waiting.
Does anyone have any experience of how long their application took? I’ve heard some things about them being very slow and it’s really worrying me.
