I love these so thought I'd do my own. Plan suggestions?

So looking at getting a dorma attic conversion. Had some plans drawn up. Not sure I'm 100% convinced.

The original plan isn't quite right as it doesn't include the en-suite in the top right corner bedroom and therefore the bedroom that is being lost is much smaller than that. If that makes sense. So where the cloakroom is on the proposed plans is actually already there as an en-suite.

I'm tempted to leave that en-suite and use the internal cupboard as a cloak room for guests but is that weird? Door can't be moved on it either as that wall is structural.

Anyway, any suggestions welcome.

Also thinking of knocking out one of the walls of a "bedroom" upstairs to create more light and also be used as a sitting area/gaming area/study area kind of thing.

it looks like you are going to end up with a lot of tiny bedrooms. is that what you need? do you have 8 grandchildren or something?

I would do 3 bigger bedrooms upstairs so you end up with a 5 bed / 3 bath house.

And can you use the extra bit of space over the front of the living room for the ensuite?

In my picture, you have bed 1 (with walk-in wardrobe W and ensuite), a big bed 2 and a decent bed 3 + a bigger family bathroom (B). Bed 2 has 2 windows which means it could potentially be split into 2 tiny bedrooms if that were needed, or have a room-divider if you have 2 kids sharing.

Thanks yeah I did wonder about making it three upstairs. Apparently they are all doubles. I have four children. I like the idea of having another space for a games console.

Can't use the front bit unfortunately. 1. It's a really low pitch and so would need completely taken off and heightened which would be costly and 2. It would require planning permission. Currently just doing the back is permitted.
