We are converting our garage space and the architect has drawn up some different options. The two we are trying to choose between are - Option 1 big 2nd living space, expansion of current utility but not huge. Option 2. Small 2nd living space, large extension to utility. When we first decided to convert the big utility was what I was hoping for but now I’ve seen the plans with a much bigger 2nd living space I’m wondering whether to compromise on the size of the utility. I know with everything that is going on in the world today this is not the biggest of problems but just a lighthearted request for anyone’s thoughts on what we should do ?
