Curtains!

What would you do with this? Not a huge fan of shutters but wondering what else could work.

Roman blinds work best, if you don't fancy long curtains. Though, second picture, I'd do voile for privacy and thicker long curtains.

Under no circumstances, install short curtains or vertical dentist office blinds.
