Recommend planning (permission) specialist in Bucks

Hi, we're looking to extend our house and it looks like it won't fall under permitted development. Please recommend a specialist in Buckinghamshire who can assess this and also deal with our application for planning permission. Someone who has great success rate, but is also happy to play fast and loose with local guidance. We don't want someone who has a great success rate because they decline all the tricky ones. Erm, if they play fast and loose with local guidance, they won’t have a great success rate. That’s why some agents won’t go anywhere near a client who wants to ignore it. Unless of course they go through rounds and rounds of amendments to gradually get the scheme in accordance with the guidance before getting an approval. But that costs you money every time. The guidance is there for a reason, to tell you what is and isn’t acceptable.

I can’t recommend anyone, as I am nowhere near Bucks. Your best bet is to take a personal recommendation from a friend, or look on your Council’s planning applications portal for accredited agents or names that keep coming up when you search house extensions as an application type.
