Extra ensuite or dressing room?

Currently working on plans to renovate our house.
5 bedrooms
In our current plans, 3 of the rooms have ensuites (1 master & 2 guest) and we have 1 family bathroom off the landing.
We have an option to have a dressing room in our master bedroom instead of one of the guest rooms having an ensuite.
So would you rather a dressing room?
Or two spare rooms with ensuites?

I would say a dressing room for me - I think two en-suites is fine (one master, one spare) and a dressing room makes the bedroom feel bigger without wardrobes in. We currently have that set up, en-suite spare room for guests and we have an en-suite and dressing room! Our bedroom is calmer and clearer without the added furniture, and we only really need one extra en-suite.

If the master has an en suite, I'd definitely add the dressing room and drop one of the en suites in the guest bedrooms!

How often are you likely to use both guest bedrooms at the same time?
Do you want to clean all of those bathrooms all the time?

I personally think the dressing room will also allow you to have a more peaceful clear bedroom!

I'm looking for a house atm and am totally put off by those with so many bathrooms, such a waste of space. One bathroom and one ensuite is plenty.

As you have other en-suites I'd definitely go for the dressing room if it's something you need. I wouldn't like to have a guest need to use the family bathroom but you have other options so go for it!

I never knew how much I'd like a dressing room until we bought a house with an odd addition above the garage adding an office and bathroom off the main bedroom. This was done a long time ago when the owner let out the other bedrooms so this was his personal space in the house. We renovated updating the bathroom and turning the office into a dressing room. It's the best thing ever and the bedroom is always tidy.
