Buying a house - what to check

Hi, it looks like we are finally progressing with our purchase of the house and our solicitors sent us this "Specify any particular points you would like us to verify in connection to this property" (additionally to all normal searches). What would you advise (from experience) to check? Thanks:)

Japanese knotweed, bamboo and any other invasive plants. Do they have any knowledge of them (now or previously) in the house's garden or the neighbours'?

All extensions/additions have building regs and planning.

As above. But with the extensions. Make sure they have the relevant paperwork that needs to be for them. If not they can take months to get.
