Just that really, our housing association are wanting to do an asbestos survey prior to fitting a new boiler and what info I can find online describes it as 'intrusive' so now I'm a bit worried. HA have previously left damage from other work so I'm concerned that will happen again. We still have holes in walls from when they did the windows 2 years ago and they've already informed us that DD's (1 year old) laminate flooring will be damaged when they fit the boiler (going from conventional to combi so pipes need changing) and that they won't be responsible for replacing it so I'm worried about finding the money for more repairs. Obviously delighted to be getting a new boiler but don't want to be left with a building site for a home and money is really tight right now.
