Real Burdens - Scotland

I have just seen the deeds for a house I have had an offer accepted o and I am concerned about a couple of Burdens contained in them. These were added circa 40 years ago by a housing association. One is that the property can only be occupied by one family, the other is around running a business from home. Are they going to cause me any issues? Speaking to my solicitor later this week but just wanted a heads up

I would imagine it would only be a problem if you are planning on subletting the house or running a business from home.

I may wish to take in a lodger in the future and I work from home on occasion. I would also like the option to potentially run a business from home in the future but it isn't something I would be doing in the short term. I notice that there are several businesses registered in the street so am hoping it won't be an issue. Will see what the solicitor says.
