Yes and it seems to actually be making a difference, although of course it’s subjective as I can’t compare the weather from last winter to this winter. There’s also a more expensive one if you can afford it.

I used it a few years ago on our 1930s bay window, as it’s just lathe and plaster with no insulation. It’s made a big difference the room doesn’t get as cold and the condensation whilst still a problem, isn’t as bad. I popped some lining paper over the top and painted it and you’d never know it was there,

In case you're thinking of trying to put this on yourself.... I have spent this afternoon helping my dad (who is generally pretty handy and DIY "savvy") try to hang this in my bedroom I would say definitely get a professional in to do it. It's really awkward stuff to work with, especially to get the edges neat if you need to cut it to size, round windows etc.

I was hoping to do that myself but what I would say is the walls that it’s going on are just really straight and flat. What could go wrong 😑
