Painting bathroom tiles

Hi! When we bought our house it is beautiful except the ugliest bathroom ever. With everything costing so much at the moment we don't want to completely redo our bathroom for about 2 years.
Has anybody got any idea about using tile paint? Has anybody done this? We don't mind redoing every few months or so if needed- but is it a complete waste of time?
We are clueless!

I've used V33 from B&Q - it took 3 or 4 coats to cover grey tiles & brown grout with white paint. It's only been on a few months and so far I've not had to scrub it so can't comment on durability. These videos were really helpful

Prior to that I tried Bedec Multi Surface
www.toolstation.com/bedec-multi-surface-paint/p34965
which did not adhere even after the trial tile was sanded & cleaned with IIRC white spirit before application - easily cleaned off after allowing a week or two to cure.

Hope your renovations go well!

I second the v33 paint. Used it in kitchen in our last house; was changing yellow tiles to grey so didn't need a lot of coats. Looked good, no one could tell I had painted the tiles and not changed them.
