We had someone in (good reviews/recommendations!) to move our boiler and they have done a terrible job. It's leaking and the pipework is crazy - the whole wall is basically covered. I've asked him to come back and look at it again, but tbh I don't have any faith in this guy anymore and would rather get someone else in. But how do I say "actually, I don't want you to come back and I don't want to pay you as much as we agreed because I'm also going to have to pay someone else to redo it."?
Feeling a bit depressed about the whole thing.
