I have a BT box on our wall, on the front of our house, to serve the area for phone lines etc. its always been there and never thought much about it.
Recently I read that you could get money from BT from housing their box.
Looked at the deeds and there is nothing there. Never have I been approached or asked if its ok to put it there. Its just always been there on the property.
I believe its called a wayleave agreement. No idea who to speak to at Openreach and not managing to sort it out.
Has anyone got any experience of this?
