We've made an offer on a perfect property but have not heard anything back for well over a week. The seller lives abroad and all dealings have to go through a management company. The estate agent selling the property is extremely frustrated, sorry I know there is nothing I can do but I just need to vent. Our offer is very near to the asking price but obviously do not want to gazump ourselves by upping the offer unless we hear that it has been rejected.
