Hello,
Really obsessed with the idea of a home office in the garden. How much did yours cost? Maybe not in peak pandemic as I'm sure the cost shot up!
We're in the south west!

Completely depends on the size and features. You can get one for a couple of K or huge sums for bells and whistles. I’ve seen some tiny ones just big enough for a desk on eBay which are tempting.

How long is a piece of string? You can get a summer house style with basic floor and ceiling insulation for around £3k, or you could get something custom build with an oak frame for £60k. Depends on how much you can/will do yourself, how big, how much groundwork, how well insulated etc etc

I had one fitted just before the pandemic in the West Midlands. It is 4m x 2m, fully insulated with UPVC double doors and a window, plus electrics and internet. Cost £13k in total, although we didn't have to pay to install a concrete based as we already had one. I think they're probably shot up in price a lot since then though!
