Our new build home was due to be finished end of July…this was moved to the end of August, then September, and now it’s rolling into October. We think the end is in sight, buy communication from the developer is terrible. We are having to chase & chase to get info and even then it’s like getting blood out of stone.
How did your experience go as you nearer completion on a new build? Good communication, or left in the dark? Not sure if I’m expecting too much. They’ve had a deposit of £135k of ours since June, so I feel so aggrieved that they just blank us constantly.
