Hey all
We are in a chain and ready to exchange with our vendor. They are having issues with their purchase however; the house they want to buy has a pending charging order on it.
Assuming their vendor pays the charging order asap, does anyone know long it might take for it to be processed via land registry so they sale can go ahead? Our agent said that the registry is taking ages to process stuff at the mo but if a sale is imminent, it might be quicker.
Should we just ask vendor to complete with us now?
