10 wks into home purchase, chain of 3 houses, us and the people we are buying from are all completed good to go we are waiting for top of chain. We were informed by EA 13.09.2022 that there are a few enquiries and some issues re the land being sold. I asked more about it because I thought that would have involved Land reigstry etc & feared the worse but was told its nothing to do with that it is just that the plots of land are already under their own titles the buyer solicitor just has a lot of info to review paperwork wise. we were told we would get an update towards end of this week, today I emailed and was told they are still awaiting an update.... i just have a feeling they are not being very proactive in chasing the solicitors, how long do I give it before chasing the EA again if i dont hear anything more this week?
