Can you identify this paint finish for me?

Hi there! I'm trying to recreate this wall in my bedroom. Can anyone identify the finish they have used for the dark paint? It doesn't look matte but it might be. Any ideas? Please share your views I'll be very grateful to hear them!

Looks like a F&B Railings in matte or matt never know which one.

Looks pretty Matt to me. F&B railings as pp said, maybe off black. Estate emulsion finish I reckon.

In all seriousness they get all the bugs that you don’t want, so they’re actually pretty good to have around. Ymmv😀
