HKOC kitchen- where to source Quooker

Hi
Our garage conversion has started and I now need to start buying the fun bits!
I'd love a Quooker. Has anyone managed to get a cheaper one? I know other kitchen companies do a deal. Has anyone just bought a Quooker from a kitchen company?
Thanks

Quookers are ridiculously expensive for what they are - there are other brands out there that do instant boiling water if that’s what you’re after.

I had a cheaper one in my old house and it lasted 2 years

I bought mine off ebay, cheaper than retail, new in box, no problems registering it with Quooker for warranty. We did have an issue with it after a while and Quooker engineer came out straight away and replaced the necessary parts. Have had it for four years so far and would't go back to a kettle.

I think that might be the way to go. I love the classic but if I can get the fusion at that price it is worth it!

Actually just saw that one is boiling water only. But I have noticed chrome is the easiest to get at a reasonable price

We have an Insinkerator and it's fab. Cheaper than a quooker but not crazy cheap, and well made.

Thanks I'm really after a Quooker after my last experience

I got an instant hot tap from howdens I think it was about £300 around six years ago and still going strong

Baxdream · 19/09/2022 10:00

My howdens one lasted 18 months

My hot water tap from Howdens was rubbish.

The hot water wasn't particularly hot or powerful and it packed up after about a year.

If it wasn't for the fact that we were moving house, I'd have replaced it with a much better one. Instead we replaced it with this old thing for £19.99

It's really okay if I would like a Quooker everyone. I will be using it for pans more than tea.
I am very aware I could just have a kettle. I'm actually using one at the moment😊
In fact if I can't get one within budget I will just buy a lovely looking tap and a kettle

You might be able to get a classic, various styles pop up on Ebay all the time. That was just the first I saw. Just set a search alert and see if one comes up. Good luck!
