OFCOM Mast Site - Pass w/ Considerations...

Hello, everyone. After nearly 2 years of searching for a house in a seller's market, I am in the process of buying my first home. Hooray!

I just got back the Environmental, Flood, Ground Stability, and Energy survey back, and the overall result was "pass". There was one bit that was "pass with considerations" - turns out the home is within 250 meters from a mobile phone base station. I believe I found station mentioned and it is not visible from the house. Now my question - would this turn you off from buying a house? For me, it isn't a big deal, but I am just nervous that if I have to sell it, it might be a problem for the majority of buyers. Would appreciate any insights folks have!

Mobile phone masts are more common than you think.
They come in all shapes & sizes from tall lattice towers, steel poles, lamp-posts and those disguised as BT poles, trees, flag-poles etc and positioned in all sorts of places from rural to urban. After all, you need masts where there are people needing a mobile phone signal.
What size is the mast near your potential location?

Would it bother me?
Not moreso than any other type of tower or pylon and certainly not due to any sort of perceived danger but purely down to asthetics.

@Dougieowner thanks for your response. I don't know the correct term, but it is on a main road and from Google maps it looks sort of like a thicker street light, if that makes sense? When I was looking on Google Maps earlier, I was searching for some sort of massive tower and I couldn't find anything, but some more Googling helped me realise where it was. Like you said, they seem to be a bit disguised!
