Leasehold house

I've got a viewing to see a house which is leasehold. Is there anything I need to be aware of? The lease has 930 years left and rent is £7 and insurance. What does it mean when it says and insurance? I've had the title deeds sent to me and under parties there is an individuals name and a company. Are these the people who own the freehold?

Hello, do you still need assistance with this? If so, feel free to message me directly and I can have a look, though perhaps the Solicitor should have advices you on the matter / in the report on Title? Sometimes Leasehold Properties do get some bad press, for obvious reasons, but in the case of Long Leasehold Houses, sometimes it’s not as bad. It’s Property specific I suppose.
