What do you think makes a good emergency plumber?

I saw this emergency plumber online, and I'd like to know if they are the right one for the job. What do you think? What factors should I look for when hiring one?

Confused

For an emergency the ability to come and do the job is the most important factor.

Answering the phone and saying 'yes, I can do that I'll leave in five minutes'.

Surely it boils down to just three things

  1. If a emergency, very responsive and turns to very quickly
  2. Good at plumbing and fixed the problems and has good selection of parts with him
  3. pleasant and unintrusive

An odd thread op

What do you think is important?
or are you hoping for free market research?

This plus some way to know what's it's going to cost to fix things in advance. Maybe a call out fee that covers the first days work.

No way I would give price indication if I was an emergency plumber without having even seen the problem.

I would have a call out rate.
