Soooo can anyone help? We want to get the attached towel rail. But we only have copper pipes coming up from the floor. Can we connect this radiator to pipes like this, does anyone know?

Yes, you are just replacing one radiator for another, different styled, one.

The plumbing is the right sort, but the problem is your pipes are coming vertically from the floor and this one needs pipes coming horizontally from the wall.

Are your walls all finished yet? If not it will be fairly simple for a plumber to take pipes a bit up the wall and outwards to create the connections in the right places for the towel rail. Then the wall gets finished off, then the towel rail gets connected up.

However if the walls are all finished already, I would look for another towel rail which is floor standing and designed for pipes coming up from the floor.
