Blinds for large sliders

Hi all, we're just done a ground floor extension with open plan kitchen/living/diningroom and we have 4.6m sliding doors to the rear. What would you guys recommend for blinds? We had Perfect Fit pleated blinds on our much smaller french doors but I don't think they come as big as we need this time. Would roller blinds look very plain? Or venetian? We need them for privacy as we have houses behind and are waiting for our new trees to mature.
Thanks!

I’d go for Silent Gliss wave curtains.

If you want blinds then I’d go for roller blinds but I agree with PP that a single wave curtain in sheer fabric might be better.

Another alternative is an awning. This is more expensive than blinds but it has several functions - it shades the kitchen better than blinds (as the heat is blocked before it comes through the glass), it provides a shaded outside area, and it gives privacy. And you can still see your garden and walk in and out easily, unlike with closed blinds or curtains. We love ours.

I'm looking for something similar for bifold doors, 3m wide. We got a quote for perfect fit but £900 is out of budget. Following for ideas! Never heard of the wave curtains before although they also look expensive.
