Fireplace ideas

Hi - looking for some ideas about how to turn this fireplace into a more modern looking fireplace which I can put a tv above. Any ideas? :)

Perhaps a mantel.
Are you keeping the marble on the floor? Of not then I'd swap it out for something in a similar colour to the fireplace frame.
