Help! TR1 form for sale

So I have googled the shit out of this and cannot find an answer so I am coming to you, wise people of Mumsnet to help me out.

I am supposed to be exchanging tomorrow/Friday with completion in two weeks. My rather useless solicitor has just sent me the TR1 form for my sale which is the Transfer Deed. I grabbed it, ran into the road with a pen and tracked down a neighbour to witness me signing ... in blue ink ... not black. Am such a muppet. I didn't read the clear instructions to do this in black.

Have googled (endlessly) but have managed to make an already stressful process more stressful and can't find an answer to the question - is this a deal breaker? I am out all day at work tomorrow so was going to drop this at my solicitor on the way in and now I don't know what to do.

Any help gratefully received.

Call the Land Registry, they will tell you. There will be a simple answer as they have a practice guidance on TR1s.

Do another form at the solicitor's offices.

Did mine last year in blue ink no problem at all. They are a firm that comes at the last minute
