Are you still planning to move? With the way things are going financially?

I’m torn! We have wanted this for so long, not been lucky with properties, clearly don’t have as much spare change sitting in the bank as anyone else and now with rising interest rates it feels like the final nail in the coffin for our dream of moving.

Would love to hear if others are still going ahead.

We've been looking for about a year and have more viewings this weekend. I'm hoping we find something soon. We still want to go ahead as we are looking for somewhere long-term to live in so even if prices drop slightly we can hopefully ride it out and get on a long fixed mortgage rate.

The difficulty is knowing how much to offer to take into account the slowing market but without wanting to miss out when we finally find somewhere.
