Taps and showers

Does anyone have experience of VitrA, Primo or Aquella taps and showers? Are they reliable, good to use, easy to keep clean? Would have gone with grohe/Hansgrohe etc but our showroom don't do them and have just told us their fitter will not be able to fit anything they don't supply. Thanks

What do the other showrooms say?

Long story PigletJohn, began before covid, plumbers getting injured, retiring, stopping doing bathrooms, not giving quotes, not coming when they say, etc. We really need to get a shower installed that our more elderly family guests can walk into and this showroom is only one who say they can do anything before next year.

Are they willing to install an Aqualisa shower?

No, nor Mira. They do Bathrooms To Love/PJH, Crosswater and some more obscure brands that are really hard to find dimensions, etc. for on web searches! Prices are similar to well known brands so it's not a cheap option but I don't know how reliable they are. I get the feeling that they are selling more "insta-worthy" stuff than practical considerations, but I'm more a classic look/functional type!
