Tile effect wall panels

Has anyone got any? Considering wall panels over tiles for ease of cleaning but couldn't find a design I liked. I've realised I could get tile effect ones and some look like they could be good - does anyone have them in real life and are you pleased with them? Do they pass as tiles? Thanks!

Just a hopeful bump...

A family member just had them installed. I wasn't convinced when she was describing them as I hate wet wall panels, seem like a cheap student flat. BUT they're in and actually very nice. Don't fool me as tiles but I imagine some less observant people would assume they were tiles. She has herringbone white tile effect and it's lovely.

@ohyeahiwaittablestoo Thanks! Do you happen to know what brand they are?

We have white tile effect in our shower - much easier to keep clean than tiles/grout.

I was against them until my parents got them. I couldn’t tell at first, not sure of make though.

@readsalotgirl63 Do you know what make yours are? Do they actually look like tiles to other people?

I always have panels instead of tiles now, they are so easy to keep clean. Had them for 20 years. You can put them over tiles, no need to take them off.

Ive never had the tile effect ones, I just prefer the sleek look of the solid panels. I’ve just redone the shower room with glittery( only slightly) turquoise , it looks gorgeous. I’ve also had plain grey, plain white with shiny bits and black glitter.

most manufacturers will send you free samples so you can put it against the wall to see what you think.

Sorry can't recall what make they were. I think they are pretty convincing personally. We combined the tile effect on 2 sides with a solid photopanel on the back wall. Not everyone's taste but I love it and it makes me smile in the winter.
As pps have said samples are useful to see what they look like

Oh, I envy your photo panel, I really fancied one! The problem was that it is a very long and tall wall ( 2.4 x2 m) with an awkward box ar the end where the plumbing comes in . All the ones I saw would have looked very odd in those proportions. I think a custom made would have been about £3k which was a bit steep.
I’m thinking or getting something printed onto transparent plastic and adding it, though.
