Hello. Has anyone had recent experiences with this company please? I really like their Alwinton or Pugin design in the flowering kale fabric but they are not cheap - hoping the quality lives up to the price. Thanks

Hi @LoveLabradors I bought 2 x two seater Alwinton’s in 2021. Feather backs, foam seats, linen fabric. I love them.

Very comfortable for me at my average height. Tall husband doesn’t find them comfortable - we had to change one sofa to foam back as feather does collapse giving less back support.

Foam back helps but he much prefers our IKEA sofa! You can now buy really nice covers for IKEA sofas in great fabrics and colours, from online companies.

Alwinton looks lovely and still wins for me 😍

No I didn’t buy them in the end. Was worried about the fabric fading in a bright and very sunny room. Also they just felt too expensive. I ordered a sofa.com bluebell sofa in the clay herringbone and I’m delighted with it. So comfy. I still think the alwinton is a lovely sofa though - just didn’t want to spend that much in the end!

Yes, we have a sofa, snuggler, chair and a bed from them.

We had different fabrics on each and we're very pleased! Only thing I would say is delivery took much longer than quoted.
