Shared freehold problems any advice?

Hello we live in a house divided into 3 flats. The three owners share the freehold, and we are supposed to share the cost of the upkeep of common parts.
just asking if anyone has advice about how to deal with common repairs when the other 2 freeholders are really unpleasant and selfish and will only pay if they are directly affected?
They wont share insurance or set up a maintenance fund. They scream and shout if their flats are affected but if we suffer they just ignore us.
it’s really awful. We are on the ground floor so get most of the problems (we shared the cost of roof repairs happily some years ago).

Go on Money Saving Housing Forum. You'll get help there. The freeholders are breaking the terms of the lease.

I just walked away from a flat sale as there was no service charges in place. The survey showed the property was badly neglected. It's not a risk I was willing to take. I think you can take them to court.
