What would you do with this house if you bought it?

We're considering viewing this house but there's so much that could potentially be done with it. I wondered if the Mumsnet hive mind could give me some ideas. Not quite money no object cause we'd need to fund it... But equally would really enjoy seeing anything people can think of.

If you mortgage is affordable even when interest rates go up , and it the right location for schools , secondary schools etc , then I say buy it . It’s a long term home and by the time you move out , it will be of more value than you spent on it and you’ve lived in your dream home for all that time . You will regret buying a for now , 5 yr house (time flys )

Our mortgage offer would have been high enough to buy it but we are attracted to renovation projects. It's within a few friends budgets. If you had a couple who say work in law, medicine, finance etc it's affordable at 750k
