Hi all,
We're (me, husband, 2 kids: 3&4) hoping to move out of London and into Lichfield at some point. We've visited the area a couple times and really liked it. However, I saw in a previous thread that the influx of new builds resulted in a shortage of certain amenities like GPs and schools. Is this correct? My husband is diabetic and needs frequent GP input, so it would be really helpful if there wasn't such a long wait for normal appointments.
As for the schools, this night be the case for secondary, as there seems to be enough primaries. Are they all oversubscribed?
I fell so deeply in love with the city when we first visited, but don't want to risk moving to an area if we know we'll struggle with the basics.
