Homebase, DIY or Magnet Kitchen?

Has anyone had a kitchen from any of these companies and how was the quality and customer service?

It varies by branch. We rejected Magnet when we bought our previous kitchen as the designer seemed to be incapable of reading a floor plan. Also rejected Howdens as designer didn't listen to what we wanted. Ended up with Wickes as the designer was excellent and designed a fantastic kitchen!

DIY every time. Fantastic quality and value with great service.

We have used DIY several times for our house and also some rentals we have. We assessed all the obvious ones including those you mention and Wren. DIY was the best quality and price. Howdens were the nearest in quality but more expensive

Service from DIY excellent if you accept they are internet based but can visit the showroom. All the kitchens have withstood heavy wear as well and we used them every time now
